The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after the goods are delivered to you.

Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within the 7 working day period and we will refund the cost of your purchase.

Please return the goods to us as soon as possible within this 7 day period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please enclose a note with the goods saying who you are and what you are returning so we can find you on the computer

If you cancel your order before the goods have been despatched we will refund you credit/debit card for the full amount.
